Bell prover gas meter test bench is an equipment to test domestic gas meter G1.6-G4, the flow range 0.016m3/h～6m3/h. It is able to test pressure loss and meters’ error, it is an ideal testing equipment for gas meter factory and R&D institute.

• 1. FEATURES
• 1）The body of test bench is made of industrial aluminum alloy, the central distance and height of clipping device are changeable.
• 2）The test bench can sample volume of bell prover, volume of tested meter and calculate testing error automatically.
• 3）The test bench has operation control panel to choose the type of tested meter and set up testing data, the operation is easy.
• 4）The test bench can convert right and left input gas and check the flow rate.
• 5）The bell prover can move up and down automatically and the gas-output valve can switch automatically. 6）The connecting distance is adjustable for 90mm, 110mm, 130mm and 160mm

• 1）Among the pipe system of test bench, the testing range of absolute pressure sensor is 0~1bar, accuracy ≤0.2%; testing range of micro pressure sensor is -500Pa~500Pa, accuracy ≤0.5%; testing range of temperature sensor is 0~50℃, accuracy ≤0.2%.
• 2）Bell prover specification:
• Sealing liquid: clean water or transformer oil;
• Standard tank: 100L; Working pressure: ≥1Kpa; Pressure variation: ≤50Pa;
• 3）Test bench accuracy:≤0.5%.
• 4）Tested meters: 4pcs or 8pcs
• 5）Suitable G1.6, G2.5, G4 gas meter.
• 6）Condition: environment temperature 20℃±5℃; Relative humidity 60%~70%
• Atmosphere pressure 86kPa~106kPa
