Flow Meter Leakage Test Bench MJ2113-01

The bench is used to fill the working chamber of the flow meter with compressed air (or high-pressure nitrogen) at a certain pressure, and record the pressure change of the detection medium within a certain time to determine the leakage performance of the flow meter. During the testing process, the PC automatically collects the pressure curve and judges whether its leakage is qualified or not. The clamping power adopts hydraulic source, and the output torque of hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted according to the caliber of the flow meter to be tested and the test pressure.
