The bench is used for the reliability performance test of water meters with rotor type and other mechanical structures. It can achieve 100000 intermittent flow tests under the flow Q3 and 100 hours continuous flow wear tests under the overload flow Q4. The software can automatically read and record the parameters such as the water pressure at the upstream and downstream of the water meter, the water temperature at the upstream of the water meter, the duration of the four stages of the cycle in the intermittent flow test, the number of cycles (cycles), the total test duration, and the flow through the water meter, etc. DN15-DN25 test pipes: 1-4pcs, 6 meters series connection in each pipe; Flow: 0-8m³/h. DN32-DN50 test pipelines: 1 to 2pcs, 6 meters series connection in each pipe; Flow: 0-80m³/h.
