The bench is a liquid flow standard device using cylindrical piston as the measuring standard according to JJG162-2019 Verification Regulation for Drinking Cold Water Meters and JJG1113-2015 Verification Regulation for Water Meter Verification Devices. During the verification, the servo motor drives the piston body to move at a constant speed, presses out the water in the piston sleeve at a constant pressure and flow, and finally discharges it through the meter to be checked. The error of the meter to be checked is obtained by comparing the dynamic indication of each meter to be checked and the standard in the same time. The detection process has a short time cost, and the flow size can be arbitrarily set and automatically adjusted within the flow range of the device; High stability of water pressure and flow.
