Gas Meter Measuring Unit Break-In Test Bench

This test bench is used for gas meter measuring unit break-in, it adopts negative pressure suction method, 24pcs measuring units are connected in parallel. Each position is equipped with a throttle valve to ensure air flow under a certain rate without mutual interference. The connectors adopt universal flexible joints, enabling flexible and easy connecting/disconnecting measuring units. The test bench is equipped with a special exhaust fan, flow rate is over 120 m³/h, 1.0 kW. The test bench is suitable for use in the assembly lines of gas meter manufacturers to perform break-in operations on completed meter cores.
